“When we arrived at the store to pick up our 2 e-bikes, the staff was already dealing with another customer who was stranded because their e-bike ran out of power. Well, the same thing happened to us after 2 hours of what was supposed to be a 3 hour bike rental. When we got back to the store, the staff listened to our concern and just disregarded us and sent us on our way. I would stay away from this business! Besides not being honest, they don’t take proper care of their bikes!”
