I wrote an email to the Museum to address this to see if we can reschedule in the next day or so and no response. I realize it’s nonrefundable but with people traveling from Out of state to this type of attraction there should be better customer service and at least a phone number to reach out to. We spent over 200 on this. It was never our plan to miss it and it was out of our control. As a kid…”
